As we explore doing things from our heart instead of our head, there is going to be some wobbling. During my personal training session at NYSC ( New York Sports Club) yesterday, Mike Tjo, described the wobble that happens when you do a new exercise. As I understood it, it takes awhile for the mind and the body to adjust to doing  something new and there is a wobble or jerkiness as the body learns how to do it.

Mike  also said that most people hate to experience the wobble and prefer to stay with what they already know.  I would like to suggest that we  learn to love our wobble as  we implement new ways of living our daily experience.
