Holding on |
The message for me was to express your passion through both your words and actions. Feel and express the anger, sadness, emptiness, etc and then do something about it. When we stuff our feelings, we stop moving forward and crises may happen. Imagine taking the time to feel what you really feel during the day or night and say it out loud. You may be surprised at the intensity of your own emotions.
Then take a breath and do something different.
