Beaver 

As I was walking along the canal yesterday, I saw a beaver swimming upstream for several minutes and then he disappeared into the water. Beavers can swim underwater for 15 minutes at a time.
When a beaver shows up, it means that it is time to create new structures in our lives while balancing our connections to  old and new family and friends. Truly significant for my life right now.

As human "doings", we are always on the move. How many times, have you looked back on your day and forgotten what you have done. Or you have come up with a long list of things that you can check off but do not feel very good about your accomplishments.   We busily speed through our day and then what?  We simply look forward to another exhausting day.....

Last night, I had a dream that I had grown a beard. It was a rather dark stubbly affair and I was not happy about it. I kept asking what was the reason for the beard and I heard that things would calm down and I would know.

This morning, I received a weekly email blast from Rob Brezny, the astrological forecaster. In the write up for Aries, he said the following."Upcoming adventures might make you more manly if you are a woman".

At about 6:30AM on Sunday, I looked in the yard and saw three cat like shapes  with very long tails prancing around.  After, I put my glasses on, I realized that they were kits or young foxes. They were playful and ran around the yard for about 15 minutes.This was not the first time that I had seen foxes in the yard.   They have been coming and going for about two weeks. The empty house next door has   an overgrown yard next door which is an awesome home and playground for animals. where they are not disturbed.

Slow Down We Move Too Fast

When we slow down enough that we can really see what is happening, everything changes.
We notice things that are subtle and meaningful at the same time.
We notice a big blue heron that is sitting and waiting

Foxy Awareness

Sometimes, I  hear messages skittering across my consciousness and ignore them.  At times,  I dream about  an important thought or feeling and yet there are so many of them. It is challenging to be aware.
