Be the Change, Mahatma Gandhi and Pockets of Peace, Part 3

Mr Gandhi said "Be the change that you want to see in the world".  He said that we do not have control over things outside of us only ourselves. If we want to see an amazing world than act amazing.
John F Kennedy said "As we express our gratitude, we must never forget that the highest appreciation is not to utter words, but to live by them.
Maurice Sendak  said "That there must be more to life than having everything".

We are complicated beings that think that all can be accomplished by saying  the right words, feeling the right feelings, having the right things and following the right  path.  Even writing this blog feels empty at times since it is still words. But words can have deeper meaning if we are living lives that have deeper meanings. If we are trusting life to take its course instead of pushing it to move the way that we want it to. If we love what we have instead of wanting more. What if you are struggling with a relationship, a job, a child, etc and what if there is something more  to know. What if what you have on your plate is exactly the lesson that you need to learn in this moment.

So by being the change, you have gratitude for the lesson and then things shift.  We are  so complicated and sometimes it is so easy......
