How Hot Can it Get-Living Out Of The Box

It is easy to get really angry. these days.
Are  watching or listening to the news  regularly?
Are you watching violent television shows?
Are you running from work to home and back to work without taking care of yourself?
Are your kids so angry that they are acting out?
Do you find yourself at the doctor's office often?
Are you  often irritated while driving your car ?
Are you yelling at your dog too much?



If you have answered yes to at least two of these questions, it is time to do things differently.
The world will not slow down, you have to. The fight or flight response is a crappy way to live.

Take a deep breath and then another.
Find a friend to share time
Sit outside and enjoy the beautiful days of summer.
Laugh with your kids.
Seek help now if you are really distressed most of the time, you might benefit from
 counseling.
Life should not be this hard:)
